XIV Profitability ("the Site", xivprofitability.com) is a free, browser-based tool operated by First Impact Development LLC ("we", "us"). It helps Final Fantasy XIV players estimate market-board profitability. This policy explains what data is involved when you use the Site.

Information we collect

We do not require accounts and we do not ask for your name, email, or any personal information. The Site runs almost entirely in your browser. Your settings (such as your selected world) and a temporary cache of market prices are stored locally in your browser's localStorage on your own device — we do not receive or store them.

Third-party services

Universalis — market-board prices are fetched directly from the public Universalis API. Your requests go to Universalis to retrieve prices; no personal data is sent.
Google AdSense — we display ads served by Google to keep the Site free (see below).
Cloudflare — the Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard server logs (such as IP address) for security and delivery.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
